Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers.
Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required.
Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner.
Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned.
Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings.
Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Currently a student or fresh graduate majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
Proficient in Korean language (spoken and written); basic English communication is required.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
Available for internship/training for the required period.
