Kế Toán Công Nợ Phải Trả/ Payable Accountant [An Phu - Thu Duc]

- Invoice processing and verification

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of invoices, payment into the accounting system.

- Payment Processing

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payment.

• Monitor and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.

- Vendor Management

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable.

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor records.

- VAT refund:

• Support chief accountant relative VAT refund.

• Additional tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 year experiences about payable accountant.

• There are opportunities for new graduates on the condition that they work hard, accept overtime and complete the work on time.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Diligent, hardworking and high level of responsibility.
