Mô tả công việc:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles and technology stacks within the Engineering team.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies to meet evolving hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on industry hiring trends and adapt recruitment practices accordingly.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Office Administration (10%)

  • Oversee procurement, office supplies, equipment usage, and facility operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and payment processing to support daily operations.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding (10%)

  • Organize internal events to promote team engagement and reinforce company culture.
  • Create and manage content for social media to enhance BMBSoft’s employer brand and attract talent.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry.
  • Proficient in using various recruitment channels and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Strong recruitment skills: job description creation, candidate sourcing and selection, talent hunting, engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
