. Sales Activities: (70% - 80%)
1. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers
2. Make presentation slide & visit customers regularly to maintain good relationship, update projects information, competitors information, customers’ feedback about company*0 products & service
3. Identify & receive new project information, make quotation, follow up customer feedback about quotations, competitors’ information to win project. After winning project, communicate with customers & factory side to ensure delivery to customers
4. Mornitor PO & delivery schedule from customer to avoid linedown problem
5. Mornitor PO & Forecast from customers to analyze fluctuation trend
6. Negotiate with customers in case there is anything happen
7. Develop new customers to expand sales
8. Research & report about sales market trend, competitors’ activities…
9. Other tasks from company
II. Engineering Activities: (20% - 30%)
1. Promote company products & technology by presentation
2. Technical support & trouble shooting when necessary
3. Do training about company products, bearing handling, bearing trouble shooting, bearing installation… to support customers, make good relationship & enhance company image
4. Receive customers’ quality claim & do investigation with Genenral Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report customers about investigation result
5. Fulfill all customers’ request about technical questions, technical survey…
6. Other tasks from company
- Male, graduated from University major mechanical, automation or related.
- Must be interested in Sales activities & strong negotiation skill
- Good communication skill
- Good at English: At least Strong Intermediate level.
- Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt
- Social insurance
- Review salary: At the end of Mar.
- Performance bonus: 2 times/ year (Jan, Jul)
+ Jan: 13rd month salary + KPI performance (June - Dec)
+ Jul: KPI performance for Jan - June
- Coffe allowance: 500K/ month.
- From 2nd years since the onboard date, employee will get fixed allowance: 1.2 mil/ month.
- Year End Party
- Company trip: stay at 5 stars hotel.
- Long term award:
+ 3 years: 3 mil
+ 5 years: 5 mil
+ 7 years: 7 mil
+ 10 years: 10 mil
+ From 15 years and additonal each 5 years: 20 mil
