Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Junior Process Engineer ($500, ID21224)
  • Monitor production processes to achieve productivity targets
  • Optimize production line layouts and process efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, FMEA, QA Matrix, and related documents
  • Monitor production capacity and process performance
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities
  • Analyze production issues and coordinate corrective actions
  • Prepare production and performance reports
  • Work with Kaizen team on continuous improvement activities
  • Conduct training for new employees and operators
  • Handle PE documentation, data management, and operational support
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male/Female, under 30 years old
  • College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
  • Good English communication skills
