Chi Tiết Công Việc

Interpret Japanese ⇄ Vietnamese during meetings between Japanese clients and development teams.
Facilitate discussions on system requirements, design, development progress, bug fixing, and technical issues.
Translate project documents when necessary (specifications, emails, chat messages, meeting notes, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Japanese clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize AI tools to improve translation quality and work efficiency.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Communicator, IT Comtor, or IT Interpreter.
Business-level or above Japanese communication skills.
Strong confidence in live interpretation during meetings with Japanese clients.
Ability to understand technical discussions in software development projects.
Familiarity with software development terminology and workflows.
Excellent listening, logical thinking, and communication skills.
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Experience participating in requirement definition or development meetings.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
