We are looking for an Interpreter cum President Assistant


- Secretarial Support – Assist the Japanese president with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
- Administrative Tasks – Handle office management duties, correspondence, and internal coordination.
- Interpretation & Translation – Provide Japanese-Vietnamese interpretation and translation support.
- Business Trip Assistance – Accompany the president on domestic business trips and provide logistical support.
- Stakeholder Communication – Facilitate communication between the president, internal teams, and external partners.
- Other related tasks

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Japanese: N2 advanced level
- English: Intermediate level （for internal communication, General meetings are conducted in English.)
