Chi Tiết Công Việc

Monitor, analyze, and improve production processes to enhance sewing line productivity.
Conduct line balancing, manpower allocation, and layout arrangement.
Establish and update Standard Minute Value (SMV), operation breakdowns, and productivity targets.
Track production efficiency, analyze factors affecting productivity, and propose improvement solutions.
Coordinate with Production, Technical, and QA/QC departments to resolve issues arising on the production line.
Participate in training workers and line leaders on standard operations and process improvements.
Prepare productivity and production efficiency reports as required by management.

College/University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in an IE position within the garment industry is preferred (fresh graduates with potential may be trained).
Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, line balancing, time study, and SMV calculation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with GSD or equivalent software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
