【Job Summary】
- Importing raw materials for export production
- Exporting raw materials to export processing zones (EPZ) for subcontracted processing.
- Importing finished products from EPZs
- Exporting completed products from export production activities.

【Job description】(details)
- Prepare and process import-export documents including: Invoice, Packing List, Contract, etc.
- Book containers and monitor shipment schedules to meet production timelines.
- Declare customs electronically via ECUS5 software; liaise with Customs for clearance.
- Calculate remaining quantities already transferred to EPZs for subcontracting; ensure timely supply of components.
- Control and adjust Bill of Materials (BOM), monitor inventory flow (in-out-stock) of components for export production.
- Calculate criteria content for obtaining C/O Form E, VJ.
- Prepare documents for import tax refund based on current regulations.
- Handle monthly payments, reporting, and document archiving.
- Collaborate with the team to develop procedures and propose improvements for work-related issues.
- Perform other duties related to the position.

- Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably in Economics, Taxation, or Customs-related majors
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Import-Export Staff position.
- Experience in documentation, declaration, data handling—especially in export production or subcontracting
- Good in English (Intermediate Level) or in Japanese ( From N2 level)
