Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Team Management & Development:
  • Lead, manage, and develop the IE team (Staff/Supervisors).
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
  • Build and strengthen IE capabilities within the factory.
  • Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement:
  • Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
  • Optimize factory layout, line balancing, and manpower planning.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and utilization.
  • Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize ERP/SAP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Standard Time & Costing:
  • Develop and maintain standard time (SMV) and labor standards.
  • Support production costing and improve cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate feasibility for new products and processes.
  • Production Support & Projects:
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to meet targets.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Propose and implement automation solutions where applicable.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of IE experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (footwear, garment, foam, or similar industries is preferred).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of IE tools: time study, work study, line balancing.
  • Good data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is an advantage.
