IE Manager (Garment)

Our client is aforeign-invested company, now looking for a IE Manager (Garment, 2700$, ID 4026):

• Lead and develop the IE team and line mechanics; manage performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Set and maintain accurate SMV/SAM for all operations; conduct time & motion studies and improve methods.
• Design and optimize production line layouts; implement lean manufacturing and balance manpower/machines.
• Monitor KPIs (Efficiency, Productivity, Capacity); resolve bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
• Support costing and capacity planning; lead cost-reduction initiatives across labor, materials, and overhead.
• Collaborate on new product development; pilot new styles and recommend automation and technology upgrades.
• Conduct training for supervisors and operators on methods, efficiency, and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Textile Engineering.
• 5–8 years of IE experience in garment manufacturing; 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of garment processes, SMV/SAM systems (AEC/GSD), line balancing, and lean practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems; IE software experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
