IE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR ( Garment )

- Supervise, guide Production IE staff in day-to-day activities on the sewing floor.

- Ensure proper implementation of SMV for bulk production.

- Monitor production lines for efficiency, productivity, and quality improvement.

- Support technical problem-solving on the sewing floor (method improvement, operation breakdown, line balancing, method changes).

- Collect, analyze production data to identify gaps and propose improvements.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical departments to meet delivery and efficiency targets.

- Provide training and coaching to line leaders on best work methods.

- Prepare daily/weekly lE reports and present findings to lE Manager.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in IE/Production roles.

- Strong knowledge of SMV, line balancing, time study, and method improvement.

- Good technical understanding of sewing machines, attachments, and garment construction.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

- English communication skills (speaking, writing, reporting) are required.nking and committed to delivering outstanding service quality.
