HSE Staff (Dong Anh, Ha Noi) (28513)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare safety documentation and procedures for the project in accordance with customer requirements.
2. Conduct HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) induction training for newcomers and subcontractors prior to project commencement; enhance their safety awareness and capabilities, especially in emergency response.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations by employees; instruct subcontractors on work permit procedures at the workplace. Ensure that all safety and health programs comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
4. Review and provide advice on work plans and safety procedures before the start of operations.
5. Monitor and issue Risk Assessments (RA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
6. Oversee all on-site activities related to electrical equipment, working at height, fire prevention and protection, hazardous materials, pressure vessels, confined space work, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures; provide guidance on accident prevention.
7. Prepare HSE reports (weekly, monthly, violation reports, etc.).
8. Ensure all incidents are properly reported and investigated; conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to eliminate potential hazards.
9. Perform other tasks and duties related to occupational health and safety as assigned.

{MUST}
- University graduted, prefer from Union University
- More than 2 years working as safety supervisor.
- Self study motivation
- English speaking and writing skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required


{ PREFER}
- Experience working in a chemical or environmental company is an advantage
- Living near company and having Toeic 700+
- Familiar with water/wastewater treatment is an advantage.
