1. Talent Acquisition & Performance (30%)
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across all levels and positions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s current growth stage. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure quality and timely talent acquisition.
• Coordinate probation reviews, contract renewal assessments, and annual performance evaluations.
• Design, implement, and support performance management systems (KPIs), working with line managers to ensure objective and timely evaluations.
• Analyze performance results to support decisions related to promotion, training, or reward policies.
2. Expat & Labor Compliance (30%)
• Handle legal and administrative procedures for foreign employees: work permits, visa applications/renewals, and temporary residence cards.
• Coordinate with external service providers and local authorities to ensure timely and compliant processing.
• Provide onboarding support, cultural orientation, and HR assistance to ensure foreign employees’ smooth integration and engagement.
3. HR Policy, Culture & Engagement (40%)
• Draft, update, and implement internal HR policies, labor regulations, and the employee handbook in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Advise and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
• Act as a communication bridge between staff and leadership to maintain a healthy, transparent work environment.
• Plan and organize company events, team building, and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys or informal channels, and work with leadership to implement improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably in FDI companies
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, policy development, labor relations, and employee engagement.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
