Mô tả công việc:

The opportunity This role offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, and offboarding processes. Your work will help ensure employees have a seamless experience and that HR operations run efficiently. In return, you'll develop valuable HR expertise and gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions. Responsibilities Payroll & Benefits
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
  • Verify salary adjustments, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) & Social Insurance
  • Manage employee PIT registration and dependent registration.
  • Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual PIT declarations and tax finalization.
  • Administer social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
HR Systems & Employee Data Management
  • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Support HR system implementation, testing, enhancement, and user administration.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system-related issues.
HR Administration
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Incharge the administration of the employee life cycle from onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment-related documents and regulatory reports to authorities.
  • Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and updated.
  • Support HR operational projects and process improvements.
General Administration
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding HR administrative matters.
  • Support company administrative activities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Reporting Line: This position will report to the Head of Human Resources Role Description: This role supports the team by ensuring accurate payroll, seamless onboarding and offboarding, reliable HR system administration, and compliance with company policies and regulations. It contributes to operational excellence and a positive employee experience.

Yêu cầu công việc:

What we are looking for Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Solid experience in payroll processing, PIT, and social insurance administration.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or equivalent HRIS) is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Good understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
