<Job Summary>
As a growing IT company, we are looking for someone to manage the entire back office to strengthen our back office as we expand our workforce and business. You will also act as secretary to the CEO as needed.
<Job Details>
- Manage and oversee accounting and finance operations: Collaborate closely with the Japan headquarters to review monthly/annual financial statements, verify accounting accuracy, and finalize financial reports.
- Strengthen governance and internal controls: Develop and enforce company policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance risk management and internal control frameworks across the organization.
- Lead tax and audit-related matters: Handle communication and inquiries from tax authorities, prepare required documentation, and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Supervise general affairs and back-office functions: Oversee office administration, facility and asset management, contract management, and drive operational improvements for overall office efficiency.
- Provide executive support to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange meetings, prepare documents, take meeting minutes, and coordinate communications internally and externally.

- Bachelor's degree
- English: Upper-Intermediate Levels
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Accountant or General Affairs Manager in a Japanese IT company.
