The Role & Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (30%)
• Full responsibility for recruitment including job description preparation, job-posting, CV collecting & screening, sourcing potential candidates from internal and external introduction, scheduling interviews, etc.
• Coordinate with line managers to clarify specific requirements of vacancies
• Advise and improve the hiring process
• Manage full employee cycle from onboarding, orientation, training, development till offboarding
2. Compensation and
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operation.
• Good English skills in communication, writing & reading.
• Well-organized.
• Strong knowledge of labor law & practices.
• Excellent MS OFFICE skill.
• Negotiation skill.

• Collect and manage all employee information
• Develop monitoring and management system for working hours
• Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, bonus, allowance for all employees
• Be responsible for monitoring employee data in compulsory social, health and unemployment insurance (SHUI)
• Prepare and submit labor and social insurance reports to local authorities.
• Be responsible for PIT declaration, PIT code, dependants… (included PIT finalization).
• Manage staff Annual Leave days, timesheet, and insurance claims (if any)
• Assist in the development and develop policies of managing performance and KPIs to ensure the efficient performance by employees, aligning with the company's goals and strategy.
• Advise and improve other employee benefit, e.g. Annual health checkup, additional Insurance…
3. Contracts & Employee Relations (10%)
• Prepare, and follow up on new labor contracts, tracking contract list and expired contracts
• Create and update procedures/decisions/forms for the HR department
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Co-ordinate and advise line managers on labor issues
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
4. Office management (30%)
• Manage flights, visas, hotels and ground transportation for employee business trips
• Organize company gathering, and other employee's activities (e.g. year end party, team building, birthday, team lunch…)
• Collaborate with service agent to obtain Expatriates’ work permit, resident card, and other relevant document.
• Collaborate with relating departments to build up and ensure compliance of Company Policies and Procedures.
• Manager day-to-day office administration eg. purchasing office pantry, stationery & miscellaneous items, arranging repair or maintenance service, etc.
• Other admin tasks.
