Health Safety Environment Supervisor (HSE - New Plant)

Molex Vietnam has been operating its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m² and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high-tech products, such as high-speed cables and optical devices.

Your Job

As an EHS Supervisor, you will oversee environmental compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives across the new plant which is currently under construction. You will play a key role in implementing ISO14001, ISO 45001, and CSR/RBA requirements while ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency.

Our Team

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for environmental management and workplace safety, collaborating with suppliers, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.

What You Will Do

• Act as a management representative, leading environmental and safety audits while reporting findings.

• Define and execute implementation plans for environmental and safety compliance, including internal and external audits.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.

• Supervise waste treatment and disposal suppliers to ensure legal compliance.

• Serve as a member of the 6S and CSR committee, implementing corrective and preventive measures.

• Act as a safety officer within the plant and support cross-plant initiatives for horizontal expansion.

• Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Develop and deliver training plans for employees and suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and safety goals.

• Support Molex’s Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• University degree.

• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies.

• Certified knowledge in ISO14001, OHSAS18001 (ISO 45001), CSR, and RBA.

• Experience in auditing and lead auditor responsibilities.

• Certified safety officer with strong risk assessment and analytical skills.
