[HCM - Local] IT Global Business Support (Vietnam Base)

· Responsible for master data maintenance;

· Conduct trouble shooting and provide in-house application systems support to internal business users, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;

· Probably logging service tickets with queue management;

· Deliver regular training and prepare training material;

· Support ad hoc projects and tasks if required.

· Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent;

· 3+ years hands-on experience in software application support and maintenance, preferably gained in Apparel / Garment industry;

· With prior experience in Dynamics AX is a big advantage;

· Sound knowledge in SQL Database / XML is preferred;

· Good interpersonal and communication skills to be a team player;

· Strong sense of responsibilities, problem solving skills, self-motivated and proactive;

· Able to work under pressure to handle multi-tasks effectively and independently;

· Good command of spoken and written English.
