Graphic Designer

At Unblur Creative, we’re a hi-res strategic agency helping brands cut through the noise and transform insights into impactful creative solutions. We’re growing our creative team and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and innovative Graphic Designer to join us.

As a Graphic Designer at Unblur Creative, you will:

• Conceptualize and design digital & print assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand identity projects.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Digital, and Account teams to deliver cohesive and visually impactful solutions.
• Translate brand strategies and consumer insights into compelling visual stories.
• Support in developing creative key visuals, layouts, and motion concepts when required.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality output.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other visual tools.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a big plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of branding and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
