Design visual assets for store use, including lightboxes, decals, signage, product display cards, and window visuals.
Produce digital materials such as banners, TikTok cover images, thumbnails, and feature highlights for social media and e-commerce.
Create internal training presentations, product manuals, and branded documents for retail operations.
Work with the marketing team to develop creative direction and key visuals for launches and campaigns.
Adapt global design assets from POPMART HQ and localize for the Vietnam market.
Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all media.
Utilize AI tools such as Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, or ChatGPT to support content generation and speed up creative workflows.

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in brand, retail, or agency design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience using Canva, Figma, or cloud-based collaborative platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools in visual design or content creation (Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, GPT, etc.).
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Good communication and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Monthly gross salary range: VND 17–20 million (negotiable based on experience).
