Officer play as the connection between the customers and internal departments to produce products as customers' requirements and be responsible for following duties:
Liaise with MR HQ & Customer to collect accurate customers' requirements for samples produced.
Liaise with customers to obtain their approval of samples
Give guidance and supports to related departments for bulk productions.
Closely liaise with MR HQ and customers to prepare essential resources for samples produced in accordance with customers' requirements.
Delegate tasks and supervise team in aliasing with related departments, ensure the accuracy of their work, the completion of all samples by deadlines.
Consolidate reports and progress updated to Management and customers.
Resolve issues within a timely manner, create internal and external processes and procedures while working for continuous improvement.
Monitor career development of the Merchandising team through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training.

Degree holder and above
Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing)
Computer Skills: Words - Excel - Presentation.
At least 02 year relevant experience.
Knowledge of Garment industry is a must.
Strong analysis and communication skills
Knowledge of samples process is preferable
Strong leadership capabilities with drive, innovation and strong sense of commitment.
