o The trainee must commit following when joining SATT training program:
o Employee type: Trainee, Full-time (2 MONTHS)
o Attend all training sessions as well as complete all assignments and test assessments.
o Join OJT in a real project, complete all tasks from Instructors.
o Commit to working for 1 year after completing the training program.

• Good English or Good Japanese
• Hands-on experience in any programming languages: C/C++, Java, .Net, Javascript, Python...
• Be willing to work hard, tackle difficult issues and research new technology quickly.
• Creative, honest, research skills, critical thinking and teamwork
• Good ability to learning new things
• Preferably testing knowledge
• Knowledge of Automation technologies (hook, reflection, accessible...) is plus.
• Knowledge of popular Automation test tools (Selenium, TestComplete, TestArchitect, Robot...) is a plus.
