Chi Tiết Công Việc

Color Control & Finishing Standards
• Inspect colors based on approved samples, golden samples, and color swatches.
• Ensure:
o Correct color shade and tone.
o Correct finishing effects (wash, brush, antique, etc.).
o Consistency among components and finished products.
o Establish and maintain finishing quality standards according to customer requirements.
In-line Inspection & Quality Control
• Monitor finishing processes throughout production.
• Conduct in-line inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify defects related to color, coating, and finishing effects.
• Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects.
Color Formula Development & Process Improvement
• Collaborate closely with paint suppliers and Technical/R&D teams to develop and optimize color formulas.
• Support new product development and sample approval processes.
• Continuously improve finishing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure coating systems meet outdoor durability requirements.
Team Management
• Supervise and train finishing technicians and operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues effectively.

Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background is preferred.
Required working experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in colour technology or finishing processes in the furniture industry, preferably outdoor furniture.
Required Languages:
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
Required knowledge and skills
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, colour matching, finishing effects, and coating technologies.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
