Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1. Manufacturing Finance Management
Develop and maintain comprehensive costing models for materials, labor, and overheads.
Continuously optimize production costs through variance analysis, efficiency tracking, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure investment and production projects are financially feasible and yield expected returns.
Evaluate the optimality of production setups and investments, including ROI, payback period, and financial risk assessment.
2. Inventory and Purchasing Optimization
Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital efficiency with production continuity.
Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, obsolescence, and material utilization; propose corrective actions.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier efficiency improvements.
Develop purchasing KPIs (e.g., cost saving %, lead time reduction, supplier reliability) and track performance.
3. Investment Efficiency & Project Evaluation
Assess investment efficiency during all stages—concept, approval, implementation, and post-investment review.
Track project financial performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Models
Build collaboration frameworks between finance, production, procurement, and planning departments.
Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align on cost optimization, investment decisions, and process improvements.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Management, or Business Economics.
Professional certification such as CMA / ACCA / CPA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including financial management, cost control, and investment analysis.
Proven track record in inventory and cost optimization projects.
Experience collaborating across functions (production, procurement, planning, engineering).
Strong financial modeling, cost analysis, and investment appraisal abilities.
Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Yêu cầu công việc:

Kinh nghiệm 2 Năm
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Quản lý Công nghiệp hoặc Kinh tế Kinh doanh.
Chứng chỉ chuyên môn như CMA / ACCA / CPA là một lợi thế.
Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5-7 năm trong môi trường sản xuất, bao gồm quản lý tài chính, kiểm soát chi phí và phân tích đầu tư.
Có thành tích đã được chứng minh trong các dự án tối ưu hóa chi phí và tồn kho.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc liên chức năng (sản xuất, mua hàng, kế hoạch, kỹ thuật).
Khả năng lập mô hình tài chính, phân tích chi phí và thẩm định đầu tư mạnh mẽ.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và hợp tác liên chức năng xuất sắc.
Tư duy chiến lược, tập trung vào cải tiến liên tục và xuất sắc trong vận hành.
Thành thạo tiếng Anh (nói và viết).
