Chi Tiết Công Việc

Production Planning & Execution
Arrange raw materials from suppliers and do their processing (dyeing of yarn).
Lead end-to-end hand-tufted production activities—including gunning/tufting, latexing, backing application, clipping, carving, and washing.
Manage daily and weekly workforce allocation to ensure output targets and shipment timelines are consistently achieved.
Monitor raw material consumption (yarn, backing fabrics, and latex) to ensure cost-effective operations.
Quality Control & Assurance
Ensure strict adherence to customer quality benchmarks, dimensions, pile finishes, and aesthetic standards.
Team Leadership & Artisan Management
Hire, train and supervise team of skilled artisans, tufters, and finishing personnel.
Logistics
Maintain inventory of raw materials and carpets as set.
Arrange despatches through logistic companies.
Reporting
Report on production, costing, etc.

Experience: 3+ years managing textile operations, specifically within the hand-tufted or Robotufted carpet industry.
Technical Skills: Ability to understand yarn specifications, tufting and finishing techniques. Also, he should have good working knowledge of XL.
Language: English and Portuguese mandatory.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership capabilities, problem-solving, and ability to meet strict delivery commitments.
