Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an External Relations Manager/Senior Specialist($2300, ID20103)

Build and maintain strong relationships with central and local government authorities; represent and advocate for the company’s interests in relevant policies and regulations
Oversee the management of corporate licenses and permits (IRC, ERC, LURC, etc.), ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary authorizations, permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
Ensure compliance and mitigate risks by supporting government audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
Monitor, analyze, and report on policy and regulatory changes; prepare regular reports for senior management
Manage and engage external stakeholders, including industrial parks, industry bodies, and business associations
Coordinate and manage the company’s participation in government-led or public events and initiatives
Conduct research and provide insights on Vietnam’s investment environment (regions, industries, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape) to support business strategy

Male/Female. Age: 35–50 years old
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Government Relations or Legal; hands-on experience in both areas is required
Proven experience in handling licensing and permit processes with government authorities, particularly in Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City
Solid experience in government relations within multinational companies, including Korean enterprises
Strong experience in handling corporate legal matters and regulatory issues
Preferably with in-depth knowledge and experience in the petrochemical industry and commercialization
Proficient in English communication
