Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Receive and review Shipping Instructions from customers
  • Update VGM, issue HBL, and submit MBL via the carrier’s system
  • Verify the accuracy of HBL & MBL, and process AFR/ISF/AMS as required
  • Issue Debit Notes (DN) to customers
  • Coordinate and follow up with carriers on telex releases and surrendered MBLs
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, carriers, and agents
  • Dispatch final documents to overseas agents
  • Receive and process documents from overseas agents
  • Follow up on instructions from overseas agents
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
  • Prepare and submit reports as requested

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company preferred
  • Good command of English, especially in professional email writing
  • Strong teamwork, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in sea export operations is a plus
  • Candidates who can start immediately are preferred
