1. Teaching Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for extra-curricular ESL programs, such as:
• Cambridge Exam Preparation (Starters, Movers, Flyers)
• Phonics for young learners
• Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
• Other specialized English programs as assigned
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
• Adapt teaching materials and methodologies to meet students’ needs and learning styles.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on learning progress.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters active learning and
participation.
• Collaborate with academic and customer care staff to ensure high-quality learning experience for
the students.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance teaching quality.
• Complete Daily Report as assigned by the Direct Line Manager.
2. Academic Administrative Responsibilities:
In addition to teaching duties, full-time teachers are expected to take on the role of a homeroom teacher,
responsible for student care and classroom management in the classes assigned by the center’s
management. Key responsibilities include:
• Classroom Support with Foreign Teachers: Participate in co-teaching (up to 6 assigned classes)
alongside foreign teachers according to the scheduled assignments, with the primary focus on
student care and ensuring smooth classroom operations.
• Student Care & Follow-up: Monitor student’s learning progress, behavior, and attendance;
maintain regular communication with parents to provide timely updates and address any concerns.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, TESOL, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certificate (TESOL, TKT, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or IELTS 6.5 and above).
•1 year of teaching experience.
• Experience in working with kindergarten and/ or primary students at English centers preferred.
