Engineering Supervisor

 Delivery the engineering plan in line with Business Plan/ Engineering manager

 Manage design engineers & detail engineers to work in team.

 Manage and re-enforcement team members to the best practice.

 Ensure that all the schedules are met as per commitment with Sales team and customers.

 Work closely with Sale Team / Customer to support and offer Lysaght solutions.

 Work with Sale team / engineering / customer to develop new products

 Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.

 Civil engineer degree or equivalent

 Experience in PEB design at least 5 years

 Familiar to international standards in steel structure (mild steel / cold form) and concrete structures.

 Understand fabrication process / tolerance / limitation

 Understand selling / bidding process, erection process, erection tolerance, method statement

 Presentation skills

 Sale and customer centric mindset
