Analyze customer requirements.

Provide technical consultancy, benchmarking and customer trainings.

Provide training to customers and AE from other RS organizations.

Develop application based on customer requirements.

Write Application Notes.

Analyze market demands for application developments.

Provide customer on-site & hotline support timely.

Market development and sale support activities.

Provides technical support to the whole T&M sales team.

Self training through Qualification Training.

Assist Dept Manager in other Technical relating work as assigned from time to time.

Develop strong links with Application and Sales Engineers in the region and with RSM

Design new test and measurement techniques

Develop deep knowledge for RS instruments and their applications

Know the latest technology trends in the related application area

- Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from HUST, VNU, PTIT

- Solid general RF knowledge.

- Advanced programming skills in at least one programming language.

- Responsible, mature and dynamic character
