- Handle both existing and new clients (approx. 80% existing / 20% new).
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare necessary documentation in English.
- Communicate with the Thai office regarding orders, shipments, and product information.
- Support preparation of technical materials by coordinating with Japan or Thailand teams.
- Conduct sales visits, build strong business relationships, and identify new opportunities.
- Attend monthly meetings with Japanese management and report market updates.
- Occasional business trips to Hanoi (once per month, around one week).
- Other tasks form the manager.
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level (able to communicate with their Thailand office).
- At least 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or electronic components industry.
- Approving to work as a Sales Assistant for the first year or so.
- Age : 25-35
- Social/ Health Insurance
- Salary review: once of year
- 13 month salary
- Company trip
*Holidays include those in Japan and Thailand (VN + about 10 days).
