- Manage electrical (including MV-HV) and instrumentation to ensure that it is always available and reliable and safe for use to effectively
- Support manufacturing operational activities and continuously improve manufacturing performance.
- Attend investigate, problem solving equipment issue day by day​.
- Propose maintenance plan, spare part for maintenance activity.
- Propose process improvements, seeking greater performance and cost savings.
- Ensure the fast and reliable calibration, repair, testing and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and instruments is based on established schedule and procedures.
- Perform electrical assemblies for improvement and maintenance.
- Lead and coordinate with electricians to develop competencies, leverage​ motivation and performance to achieve the team’s objectives

- Graduated University major Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience working related to industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Basic math and computer knowledge are needed to operate production systems
- 5S/GMP/HACCP/BRC knowledge
- Knowledge of electrical device: contactor, relay, sensor, transformer, ACB, MCCB, CT, UPS, power meter, motor
- Capable of following LOTO, safe work practices, the company’s regulations
- Knowledge deeply of PLC program (preferred TIA portal, WinCC)
- English: Intermediate level (can report and communicate internal in English)
