* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon - Fri
* Job description:
The Design Manager will oversee multiple projects, manage communication and documentation, and support strategic planning and execution. The role offers growth opportunities with expanding responsibilities over time.
- Assist the Architect manager with scheduling, meeting coordination (take meeting minutes, translation etc. from Vietnamese to English), documentation or any tasks on request.
- As a design manager for a real estate company, requires consideration of the balance between design and market, sales, revenue, etc.
- Manage project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, document translation etc.
- Assist in architectural research and data gathering for feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and long-term planning.
- Support the development of IT and engineering teams.
- Take on increasing responsibility for project management and coordination over time.
- Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical and construction design stage Review to review and improve the project design.
- Giving ideas with JV partner in order to create things that can attract customer such as iconic design, attractive amenities, nice landscape and Interior design.
- Other relevant tasks on request
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture department.
- More than 8 years working experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or related fields
- Fluently in English (writing and speaking) - Advance Level
- Knowledge and experience in designing architecture for condominium or detached house project.
- PC skills (CAD, Microsoft office, 3D, Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator)
- Knowledge of Architectural laws, city planning laws, fire law etc. as an architect should have.
- Basic real estate knowledge and understanding of profit structure is preferred.
