Administer, operate, and optimize database systems (primarily Oracle) for key applications such as Core Banking, Card System, and ERP.
Ensure database stability, security, and 24/7 operational continuity.
Manage database high availability, including backup, recovery, and failover processes.
Collaborate with Back-end / Front-end development teams to support deployment, testing, and performance optimization during software development.
Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure database systems to meet business requirements.
Optimize queries and database structures for better performance and scalability.
Establish, enforce, and document database policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor system performance, apply patches and updates, and troubleshoot issues when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) using Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
Strong understanding of database architecture, security, backup, and recovery in production environments.
Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL, with solid experience in query optimization, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Holding Oracle OCP/OCA certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
English or Korean proficiency is an advantage.

Working days: Monday to Friday.
