Data Management Staff (Os)

Job Description

• Air, Sea, inbound, outbound tracking data/info search in the carriers system
  
  
• Tracking data input to Cello system (FIS/Tracking)
  
  
• Communication with other branches operators (within Vietnam and overseas, if any)
  
  
• Operation job is conducted based on standard operation process (SOP) and logistics IT system (in-house developed system including FIS/Cello Tracking)
• Follow up and conduct relevant jobs: system input, tracking data management, info/data verification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report to Part Leader if any issue (technical, operational) occurs
  
  
• Daily check and update of tracking data
  
  
• Data input to in-house logistics system (FIS/VMS, etc.) in order to secure timely and accurate tracking data management
  
  
• Understand basic flow of current FIS outbound/inbound operation, govern data management task partly
  
  
• Support drafting materials in relation with data management
  
  
• Provide supportive data and information
  
  
• Regular & spot report to Part Leader / Group Leader, if any
  
  
• Other jobs assigned by Department Leader
  
  
• Communication and co-work with branch level (operators)

Qualification

• Bachelor
  
  
• Experience in logistics preferred (but not necessary)
  
  
• International freight logistics operation knowledge (in/outbound) is preferred (but not necessary)
  
  
• Proficiency in computer and MS Office
  
  
• Able to work under high pressure and frequent OT
• Pro-active, creative, problem solving and analytic skills

  Preference

  • Fair English proficiency
