Manage liability product lines including Saving, CASA, Payment, Merchant Solution, covering both new product launches and ongoing enhancements.
Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, with a focus on digital platforms and strategic partnerships (offline 2 online business model).
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to define business requirements, support system development, and optimize processes.
Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Process, and other cross-functional teams and partnerships to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment.
Work closely with sales channels to achieve business objectives such as Saving, CASA, Payment, Merchant Solution growth and payment product penetration.
Monitor and improve customer onboarding and funding activation, products portfolio across all acquisition channels.
Develop, review, and maintain marketing collateral for Saving, CASA, Payment, Merchant package products to support sales and awareness efforts.
Analyze customer portfolio data to identify growth opportunities, drive cross-sell initiatives, and support targeted campaigns.
Generate business reports and dashboards to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant in the market.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Passionate about fintech innovation and continuous learning to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Experienced in Banking/Digital Bank/Fintech organizations is a plus.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly Saving, CASA, Payment, Merchant Solution with the ability to tailor offerings to meet customer needs and market demands.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Partnership to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for stakeholder engagement, internal coordination, and external partner interactions.
