Chi Tiết Công Việc

Set up standard operating procedures (SOP) for new customers.
Handle customs clearance procedures (HS code, customs policy, C/O) and trucking arrangements.
Oversee customs liquidation and final settlement reports for EPE, processing, and manufacturing enterprises.
Advise customers on shipment progress and import-export documentation for air and ocean freight.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies) to ensure seamless service and risk mitigation.
Report operational issues or irregularities to the Korean Manager and Board of Directors (BOD).

At least 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customs brokerage.
Prior experience in foreign/multinational logistics companies is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
Strong customer-service attitude and results-driven mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
