Manage, train, and supervise staff; assign tasks and arrange schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee merchandise operations including receiving, display, and inventory control; ensure store standards and prepare regular reports.
Manage revenue, monitor business performance, and implement sales initiatives to achieve targets.
Handle customer complaints; ensure service quality and continuously enhance customer experience.

Have 1 year of experience working in department stores.
Have 1 year of experience as a shop manager.
Good communication and team management skills.
Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, cheerful and open, always receive feedback positively.
Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good information gathering and reporting ability.
Basic English communication.

Salary: 12M - 15M + incentives (open negotiate base on your experience and discuss during the interview).
Working time: 10AM - 8PM (1 hour for break).
