-To have administrations duties for supporting sector administration but not limited to preparing reports, certificates, or non-negotiate reports which will be reviewed and approved by BL Manager.
-To arrange to have report/certificates/invoices sent to clients or relevant parties
-To continuously update and file documents in inspection files including work order book.
-To undertake other duties as directed by BL Manager or his Nominee.
-To update client inspection process if requested by BL Manager
-To liaise with clients and their affiliates restrictively as orders by superiors.
-To liaise with concerning parties such as inter-affiliates, terminal, shipping agent for work schedules.
-To help in training as requested.
-Possess a related university/college degree about Logistic
-Able to work independently
-Have fundamental knowledge of administration work
-Has 1 year experience is a plus
-Can communications skills in English
