Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Monitor quality performance, analyze data, and support frontline teams in implementing and sustaining quality improvement initiatives.
Apply the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) methodology to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes based on performance data and feedback.
Support and conduct internal and external management system audits (e.g., ISO), ensuring audit findings are effectively tracked, resolved, and closed within agreed timelines.
Utilize quality improvement tools and problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, quality systems, and overall business performance.
Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another Engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Continuous Improvement, Quality, Process Engineering, or related functions.
Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, Process Improvement, and ISO Management Systems.
Familiar with problem-solving tools such as QC Story, 5 Whys, Statistical Analysis, and the QC 7 Tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and lead improvement initiatives.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
