Construction Project Management Manager (Good English) ~ 30 - 42 Mill Vnd [27085 - Thanh Xuan , Hanoi]

• Manage the activities of the Hanoi Project Management Board
• Plan, arrange personnel, train personnel
• Be responsible to the Company's Executive Board for the effectiveness of the Project Management Board's work
• Coordinate with relevant departments to effectively manage project implementation.
• Manage the reception and quality inspection of goods, report on quality if defective goods are detected.
• Arrange subcontractors, instruct subcontractors on installation, support subcontractors during the installation process.
• Control the quality of installation work at the construction site, construction costs, ensure progress. Coordinate with the business department on work and costs arising at the construction site.
• Manage the preparation of acceptance records, handover records.
• Manage the procurement of necessary sub-materials, prepare subcontractor contracts and payment records for subcontractors.
• Evaluate the quality of subcontractors, request them to improve the quality of installation.
• Propose new technical solutions and installation methods to reduce costs and improve work efficiency.
* Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

- University degree in Economics/Construction Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Leadership and teamwork skills, able to withstand work pressure.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD.
- Good English communication skills.
- Desire to work for the company long term.
- Age: 32 - 45
