Core Responsibilities

• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurement and other dimensional measurement on products, elements per GIA standard

• Vận hành máy CMM để đo chính xác các kích thước trên sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn GIA

• Practice other dimensional measurement as per required in quality plan

• Thực hành đo kích thước theo yêu cầu trong kế hoạch chất lượng

• Evaluate the elements vs. specifications, including visual, dimension and functional to determine quality level

• Trend prediction via data analysis by basic statistical methods

• Moulding audit and track for non-conformity (NC) improvement status

• Phụ trách kiểm tra khuôn và theo dõi trạng thái cần cải thiện cho các trường hợp NC

• EHS audit in the assigned areas

• Phụ trách kiểm tra về phần an toàn tại khu vực được giao

• Validate and maintain proper working condition of the CMM

• Xác thực và duy trì tình trạng hoạt động bình thường của máy CMM

• Report to Calibration/Metrology Engineer for data and any abnormality of the equipment, processes

• Báo cáo cho Kỹ sư về dữ liệu và bất kỳ bất thường nào của thiết bị hoặc quy trình

Do you have what it takes?

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience with AutoCAD and CMM users

• Có ít nhất 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm sử dụng AutoCAD & vận hành máy CMM

• Mechanical skill and technical drawing reading ability

• Kỹ năng cơ khí và khả năng đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật

• Visual ability and No color blind as the important job requirements.

• MSA safety knowledge

• Kiến thức về an toàn MSA

• Computer fluent in MS. Office, Teams, Sharepoints, …

• Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng như MS. Office, Teams, Sharepoints,...

• Basic statistical and PDCA knowledge

• Kiến thức thống kê cơ bản & công cụ PDCA

• Strong team player with flexible behaviors, open minded, proactive and supportive
