Client Excellence Executive - HN

Client excellence & account leadership:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and high-quality service delivery.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, ecosystem partners, and startups.
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to expand engagement across innovation initiatives.

Program delivery & project ownership:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for innovation programs, including Startup Scouting, Accelerators, and Corporate Innovation projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and outcomes.

Ecosystem insight & innovation consulting:

• Conduct research and synthesize insights on emerging technologies, startup trends, and industry developments.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge development within the team.

Strategy development & proposal design:

• Lead the development of client proposals, including defining problem statements, structuring program approaches, and crafting compelling narratives.
• Design tailored innovation programs that address specific business challenges and strategic goals.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: Prior experience in innovation projects, startup environments, or successful completion of the BambuUP Client Excellence Trainee program is preferred.
• Project management skills: Proven ability to plan, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex business challenges into actionable innovation solutions.
• Communication & persuasion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: A proactive and highly responsible attitude, with the mindset of a founder - taking initiative and driving impact.
• Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
