- Manage the entire recruitment cycle.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using through all recruitment channels to attract talented candidates.
- Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Manage letters, negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate’s onboarding experience.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support daily HR operations.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related areas.
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (especially in talent acquisition/recruitment).
- Strong understanding of the local recruitment landscape and best sourcing practices.
- Good at English / Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport with candidates.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
