Mô tả công việc:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.

Sourcing & Networking:

  • Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through proactive outreach and networking events.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Utilize pre-employment assessments or tests, as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process based on data insights.
  • Qualifications and Skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [specify industry].
  • Proficient in using ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Good english communication.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
