1. Business Development
- Develop market expansion strategies for PSA decals and label materials in Vietnam and export markets (if any).
- Identify, approach, and grow the customer base across industries such as label printing, packaging, food, cosmetics, consumer electronics, OEM, logistics, etc.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and continuous sales growth.
2. Strategy & Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products, and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
- Propose new product lines or improvements to existing products to meet market demands.
3. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with R&, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure service quality and provide technical feedback to customers.
- Bachelor's or College degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of technical sales experience in PSA, label materials, self-adhesive materials, or industrial materials
- In-depth knowledge of products such as industrial labels, coated materials, acrylic adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, etc.
- Preferred candidates: Those with experience at Avery Dennison, TTK, UPM Raflatac, Toyo Ink, or similar companies
- Candidates with an existing client portfolio are highly preferred
- Bonus (depends on performance)
