Mô tả công việc:
- Represent the Company and/or represent the General Director, the Company's legal representative to perform legal-related tasks arising during the Company's operations at state administrative agencies or prosecution agencies.
- Manage, draft, review Company Charter, Internal Regulations (management, financial, human resources regulations...).
- Consultant for Business and commercial
- Participate in M&A projects, corporate restructuring
- Responsible for supporting all legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and the company’s ongoing project operations
- Provide legal support to internal departments (Customer Service, Sales, HR, Tax, Accounting, Import & Export)
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Honesty, responsibility.
- Good command of English, both reading and written.
- At least 5 years of experience as similar position in FDI company
