Project Support: Monitor the progress of technology projects and coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
Research and Analysis: Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and technology trends to support strategic decision-making.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and finalize high-quality reports, project proposals, and meeting materials.
Client/ Partner Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from international clients accurately and promptly.
Schedule Management: Organize the director's schedule, including meetings, business trips, and events in a logical and efficient manner.

Age and Appearance: Under 27 years old, with a professional appearance; preference for unmarried candidates.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English (speaking and writing), with strong listening, speaking, and presentation abilities for effective interaction with international clients (IELTS 7.5 or above preferred).
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management or CRM software is a plus. Knowledge or experience in e-commerce is advantageous.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in an assistant or similar role, preferably in the technology sector or with international clients.
Capable of multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, and solving problems flexibly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, Information Technology, or a related field.
