Career Advisor/ Recruitment Advisor (13353) [Dist 1 - HCM, WFH 2 - 4 - 8 Days/ Month]

- Finding suitable candidate for clients
- Scouting candidates, screening CVs, Phone - interviewing, supporting Candidates from Face to Face - interview to start working
- Making resumes, encoding information of candidates on the system, endorsing candidates to our clients via recruitment advisors, setting interviews for candidates with clients, following up candidates.
- Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
- Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.

- English Intermediate level
- Have 2 year experience as Career Advisor/ Headhunter or a sales (Both B2B and B2C are ok.) for Non product.
- Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decision making, Would like to be Leader and Manager in the future.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc.)
